As a result, patients develop slipped discs, degeneration, stenosis (narrowing) of the spinal canal or slipping of the vertebrae. Acute or chronic ailments often arise out of this in the form of back pain, neck pain, arm or leg pain or joint pain. In many cases, there are also tensions, tingling, numbness, weakness and other symptoms. At the same time, diseases of the vertebral joints, intervertebral discs or joints may influence each other.

This is why; at the Avicenna Clinic, internationally recognised spine and joint specialists work closely together to determine specific causes, to initiate the correct treatment and to provide help. We mainly specialize in innovative treatment methods such as disc cells transplantation in case of degeneration and laser therapy. Minimally invasive therapies spare the surrounding tissue, allowing for short rehabilitation periods.
